All items purchased from SkyPurrch are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund .

Damaged or Defective Items 

We understand that issues can occasionally happen during shipping . If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery  at Skypurrch@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging 

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations 

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed ✔️.

Shipping Issues 

SkyPurrch is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered 
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
